CWG Group are proud to assist the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea with their goals of transforming the Lancaster West Estate to become Carbon Neutral by 2030.

Our CWG Groups Project team assisted RBKC in delivering the roof renewal works to Camelford Court. Close dialogue with the whole project team ensured we understood and successfully delivered a potentially complex project. From our initial team meetings, we were able to ensure all aspects of the design were achieved on time and to budget.

The Scope of works included a complete renewal of roof coverings using a 30 Year Langley Waterproof System to achieve a U-value of 0.10W/m2K by using 370mm of Pararock Flat Board Insulation. Close dialogue with Langley Waterproofing was also key to ensuring material deliveries were scheduled for just in time deliveries as a restricted site with logistics needing to be carefully planned.

As a Trustmark Contractor we were able to assist the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team in delivering and accessing Green Homes Grant funding.
We tendered and were successful with subsequent blocks and have maintained a good working partnership with continuity of site and office staff as well as key supply chain members to enable continuity of communication and quality which has enabled best value for the client and end user.
