• Renewal of Existing Roof Coverings With a new Langley Waterproofing Roof system incorporating New thermal insulation.
• Installation of New Rooflights
• New Plywood deck
• Associated Leadworks
• New refurbishment outlets

Key Challenges:
The key challenges on this project revolved around the liaison with the United Living site team to ensure our works continued to follow the main project programme. Our sequence of works, material deliveries and waste removal were programmed to ensure minimal disruption to the residents. We arranged just in time deliveries so that all materials could be lifted directly up to roof level and all wastage lowered to skips on a daily basis.
