Scope of Works: 

• Installation of full bird cage scaffolding
• Removal and replacement of 108lm of structural glazed roof panels
• Installation of new PV Panels to Sports Centre roof
• Replacement cladding panels to unglazed areas
• M&E Works
• New Safety Handrail System
• New Smoke detector with automatic vents

Key Challenges:
The main challenge was the speed of programme required to start and complete in the school summer break. Forward planning enabled us to start scaffolding as soon as the term ended with a continuous rolling programme of scaffolding works. Scaffolders and Roofing operatives were on a 7 day week to ensure sectional completion was achieved in line with the tight programme.
