Scope of Works: 

• Renewal of existing waterproofing membranes to Bauder BTRS 25 year insurance backed guaranteed
• Install new safety handrails
• New access hatches
• Removal and replacement of cold water pipe lagging at roof level
• Replacement of asphalt to balconies
• Asphalt repair schedule to all walkways
• Liquid applied systems to walkway areas

Key Challenges:
All the works were spread across the London Borough of Tower Hamlets with an average of 12 live sites at any one time, to ensure a rolling programme was achieved close dialogue was maintained with the main contractor to ensure continuity was maintained and client programmes achieved.
