Scope of Works: 

• Renewal of roof coverings to main upper roof and adjacent lower level roofs.
• New Rooflights
• New Access Cat Ladders
• New Lightning Conductors
• Removal and re-instatement of AC Units
• Concrete repairs to lift motor room

Key Challenges:
The Shrodells block was adjacent to the A&E department and the CWG Group site compound was in between both departments, this restricted our compound space to the minimum and all deliveries were scheduled in accordance with the Hospitals requirements and set delivery times.
