Scope of Works: 

• Renewal of Existing Roof Coverings With a new Bauder Total Roof system incorporating Tapered Insulation, circa 1000m2
• Installation of New Bauder Rooflights
• Rock panel fascia with Cedral soffit
• New Harmer rainwater outlets
• New Alumasc Guttering
• Cedral cladding to the tank house
• New Freestanding Handrail System
• Internal painting and decorations

Key Challenges:
The key challenges on this project revolved around the sequence of works, material deliveries, waste removal and health and safety procedures. The works were programmed to ensure key scaffolding erection was undertaken during half term or at weekends. The logistics of transportation and waste management were also key to ensure just in time deliveries and waste disposal to ensure disruption was minimal.
